The History of AC MemberSmart

Advanced Communities has always pursued the idea of fostering deeper connections between organizations, their members, employees, and partners. Not much time has passed till we recognized the need for a powerful, Salesforce-native solution, that not only streamlines member management but also builds lasting bonds. 

The Inspiration

With that in mind, we launched AC MemberSmart in 2022. The product originated from our passion and expertise in creating vibrant, modern, and user-friendly communities for members, employees, and partners on Salesforce. We’ve known firsthand that managing member interactions, data, engagement, community events, and finances can be daunting. This is what sparked the creation of AC MemberSmart – the best-in-class product, designed directly on force.com, fulfilling the unique demands of membership organizations, associations, and nonprofits of all sizes.

The Development

The AC team has invested a huge amount of time in research and development, driven by the desire to deliver a user-intuitive platform that could take member experience to a completely new level. And we have managed it! Our collaboration was key in building a product that truly resonates and bears fruit to our customers.
